How to order?

To make it easier for all of you valued customers, Yukkiki♥ has ready made order forms for you! ;]

Instocks
For all instock/ preorder orders, please fill up the 'order form' accordingly.
Form is accessible at the side bar. ;]
 
All orders will be confirmed through email within 24 hours.

After which, you will be expected to make payment within 2 days.
Please make payment on time, or we reserve the rights to cancel your orders.

We will deliver your items or arrange for meet-ups* only after receiving payment.  

* For all meet-ups, you will be required to print a copy of the receipt, which will be sent to you through email after we receive your payment, and bring it along to collect your purchases. This is our way of identifying our customers, so that your purchases will not end up in somebody else's hands! Thus, we will also need your cooperation to not forward any of our emails to anybody else, and to collect your items in person.

Please also note that meet-ups are only available at AMK Hub and Temasek Polytechnic, and they will be arranged to our convenience.

Preorders/ Sprees
For all spree orders, please fill up the 'spree order form' accordingly.For all preorder orders, please fill up the 'order form' accordingly. Both forms are accessible at the side bar. ;]

All orders will be confirmed through email within 24 hours.

All orders will be sent to the supplier on the closing date of the spree/ preorder. Once orders are sent in, any changes/ cancellation of orders will not be allowed. After which, you will be expected to make payment within 2 days. Please do not be late in making payment or it will delay the whole process.

Processing of orders will take about 5-6 weeks*. Once we receive the goods from the suppliers, we will deliver your items/ arrange for meet-ups*. For any out of stock items, we will refund the full amount to you. ;]

* This is just an estimation. Delays may occur, depending on the suppliers' efficiency. We hope to have your understanding and patience when delays occur. ;]
 
** For all bag sprees, mass meet-ups will be conducted at Ang Mo Kio MRT station. We can also arrange meet-ups at any MRT stations if you cannot make it for the mass meet-ups, but they will be arranged to our convenience.

Similiarly, please bring along the receipt which will be sent to your email. ;]
