Terms & Conditions

1) As all instock items come in only 1 piece per design, orders will be based on a first-come first-serve basis.

2) Requests for sold items can be made, however we do not guarantee that we will be able to get the items for you.

To make a request for sold items, please fill in the order form as per normal, indicating '(sold item)' beside the product code of the sold item.

Please also note that you will have to pay the regular price for sold items.

3) Items are checked before being delivered, thus we will not take responsibility for any damages caused by the delivery process.

4) Refunds will not be entertained.

5) Last minute changes to orders must be done within 24 hours upon confirmation. Any changes after that will not be accepted.

6) For purchases of 3 instock items and above, you will get to enjoy a 15% discount off the last item (cheapest of the 3)

7) Actual items may differ slightly from the one in the pictures here due to the lightings. Indications have been made to state the differences, those without any indications are exactly same as the pictures.

8) Time taken for items from sprees to arrive are pre-estimated. Thus, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the supplier.

9) We promise to keep all customers' information confidential, so please keep ours confidential as well.
